Happy Halloween!

There was a mouse that got loose in daddy's office at school. He set a trap with a bottle to catch the mouse.
Chief Daddy finally caught the mouse with his clever trick.

Now I know how that mouse got in daddy's office. She was following a trail of candy left by mommy.
Well, daddy and mommy were feeling kind-hearted, so they released the mouse back into the wild. Run free, little mousie! Maybe we'll see you same time next year.

Happy Birthday Mommy!

Yesterday, October 29, was my mommy's birthday. I won't tell you how old she is since it's not polite to tell a lady's age. Especially when that lady is responsible for feeding and 'nuggling me.
Before we could celebrate mommy's birthday, my cousins who couldn't make it to my party came over to celebrate with me. Can you believe it...I got 3 parties!
I helped mommy start her day off right by inviting my friends over for a tea party. Eeyore, Elmo, and my dollies spilled tea on my shirt!

Mommy's birthday present from daddy got delivered today so I decided to break it in. Can you see me?

Some day I may actually make a dent in this bed. I pretended like I was climbing Mt. Everest.

Daddy and I also baked mommy's favorite dessert, rice crispie treats! Mommy likes extra marshmallows so they are extra gooey.

My friend Andrew came over to visit and got to play on the big bed too! He took this picture of me. I think he's going to be a great photographer someday, at least if he always gets to take pictures of someone as cute as me!

Oklahoma!

Last weekend, me, mommy, Grandma Anderson, Aunt Nancy, Aunt Lori, and Aunt Andrea went down to visit my cousin Randy in the hospital. Last Sunday, Randy got in a motorcycle accident and hurt himself really bad. So I thought it would be a good idea to deploy the family troops to Oklahoma to be with family during this difficult time. Although I didn't get to see Randy, I made sure I did my job by cheering people up in the waiting room.

Cousins Jimmy and Audrey were a lot fun. Mommy had to keep telling me not to give Jimmy my Christmas list.

Being in a hospital made me want to be healthier. However, oranges don't work as well as apples in keeping the doctor away because I kept seeing them in the hallway.

Aunt Jean gave me the prettiest doll and Aunt Pat played dollies with me! These are my Grandpa Anderson's sisters. Don't they look like him? I'll be sure to tell Grandpa all about my trip next time I visit him.

My cousin Chris was a good substitute 'nuggler since my daddy was so far away. Plus, since he looks so much like his daddy, Randy, I figured it was the next best thing!

Shawna helped to keep things clean by disinfecting everything. She sure cares a lot about me.

On the 12 hour ride home, I decided to relax with my pal, Elmo. La la la la, Elmo's World!

Happy Birthday To Me.. one more time!

The day after my birthday I went to Dallas City to see my Olson family. They were so excited to see me. I had so much fun!! My Aunt Jenoa and Aunt Brooke made me a princess cake and cupcakes. They looked delicious and pretty!!I got to play with my cousins, aunts and uncles. Grandma took me to her work and I spent time with the doctors and nurses that she works with. I had so much fun with her.

We even went to a pumpkin patch. Asher and I are becoming real close. I think he really loves me. My cousins Brandon and Hannah make me laugh all the time.

I love you all so much. Thank you for the wonderful gifts.

I am ONE!

I had a wonderful Birthday weekend. We had so much fun!
My Mom and Dad made me feel so special.

This is a picture of me with my mom. I got this new tutu from my Aunt Andrea and her family. It even has a dolly that matches. I love it!

I was so lucky to have my Grandma spend the day with me.. she even made me a special cake!
This was how I looked after I ate my first cake. It was DELICIOUS!

The next two pictures are me with some new toys. Aunt Marie, Uncle Billy and Ashley got me this new big girl cup, and Auntie Jen bought me this new Horsey. Not to mention all the other wonderful gifts I got from my family and friends. Thanks!
My cousins, friends and Aunt Patti tried to teach me how to play corn hole. I really like this game. Anyone up for a game?

I got so many wonderful gifts and got many kisses. Thanks to all of you for coming and sharing in my special day. Some people even drove hours to get here.. Thanks Maggie!

Start Your Engines!!

Well, not really engines. More like legs. This last weekend, mommy, daddy, and I went to Canterbury Elementary's 5K race. Daddy raced and I was his biggest fan. This is daddy pre-race. I'm giving him pointers on how to run well. I told him first just put your head down, let your knees follow your hands, and reach for the stairs! Or is stars?

Mommy and I couldn't wait for daddy to get back from running. I tried a smoothie so I could let him know which one to get.

Here comes daddy! Catch him, daddy! Catch him!

Daddy didn't win, but he did come in 3rd, and he was 2nd in his age group! He's still #1 in my book though!

Do you see daddy and I? These are all the medal winners. Doesn't it look like we had fun? I'm still pushing for them to have a 1-2 year old age group...maybe next year!

Am I cute or What?

Mommy and Daddy noticed it was getting cooler outside, so we pulled out hats and mittens, I like my new hat. Also,FINALLY!!! My Mommy and Daddy took me out of my pumpkin seat and put me into a forward facing car seat!! I love it!! We had to try it out before Daddy hooked it into the car. Look Mom, One hand!

Fall Festivities

The fall is off to a great start! My 1st birthday is coming up real soon, so mommy and daddy decided to do some exciting things with me. Last weekend we went to the Richardson Corn Maze, the largest corn maze in the world!
Here we are before we began the maze. Mommy and Daddy sure love taking pictures with me.

Aunt Nancy is feeding a goat outside the maze. Could this be the famous goat that put the curse on the Cubs?

Finally, we started the maze. There were 24 checkpoints that we had to make it to. The maze was in the shape of a donkey, an elephant, the Capitol building, and an American flag in honor of the upcoming election.

I even got a certificate for finishing the maze. Of course Mommy pushed me the whole time. Boy was she tired after that.

I had so much fun I just had to tell Grandpa. He told me he was watching me the whole time since he had a bird's eye view.

All in a days work!

A couple of weeks ago we finished staining our fence. While daddy and tivoli were busy getting the stain on themselves...
mommy and I decided to do some chores.
First, it was laundryThen it was vacuuming I managed to pay a few bills online,

and last it was time to cook dinner.
