Christmas Continued

Merry Christmas! Friday we had the 2nd annual Anderson "Christmas Around the World." Food from Switzerland, the Keys, Germany, Sweden, Puerto Rico, American Indian, and Spain was represented.

Grandma Anderson got me my very own puppy since mommy and daddy said I'm not ready for a real one yet.I got my own laptop so I could do my own blogging.

This is my cousin Robby and his girlfriend Mary. They sure make a cute couple.

Olson Christmas!

I bought Grandpa Olson something that would require a BIG box so that I could play in it!

This is my Daddy with his Brother, Uncle Nathan. I love my Uncle Nathan so much!

Grandma Hope (and everyone else in Dallas City) bought me some wonderful gifts. I was trying to read what was in the box. I got LOTS of Little People.

Asher told me he was a little stressed from the holidays so I offered him a massage. I have seen Daddy give Mommy lots of these so I feel I have the technique down.

My new cousin!

Ella Leigh Anderson was born on December 22nd. She weighed 5lb 15oz and was 18inches long. She has a full head of hair and her Daddy sees a little of Grandpa Anderson in her. She is lucky. My Grandpa Anderson was a beautiful man.

My Aunt Joy is a perfect snuggler. Ella is one lucky girl.

hm.. I think this is called "Co sleeping", Can you see that pen by Ella's head? It is almost bigger than her. Her puppy Larry is a wondereful watch dog.

Wow.. Uncle Johnny looks like a giant compared to Ella. He is going to be a perfect Daddy.

Grandma over Chrismtas morning!

Santa left Grandma a few presents and a stocking full of goodies at my house, so she came over to celebrate with us. We lit a fire and sat around eating cookies, drinking coffee (milk) and opening presents. I bought grandma a hummingbird feeder and Mommy and Daddy bought her some clothes. Daddy got lots of warm clothes so that he is more snugly with me. Mommy got pretty girl things for her hair and clothes.. she also got Sugarland CD and concert tickets. I love music.. I think I get it from my mommy!! We have been dancing to her new CD all morning.

But.. the best gift of all was my new baby cousin Ella Leigh Anderson

Tessa has taken steps on her own for a few weeks, but within the last few days she has become more confident!!!

Visit with Santa

I went to see Santa with Mommy and Daddy. First, Daddy dressed me in my Christmas outfit. Then, we spent some time waiting in line. I wasn't sure what we were waiting in line for, but when I saw Santa I got really scared. Mommy planned on taking my coat off and having me sit on Santa's lap, but I wasn't too pleased with that. However, I shared a few words with Santa and he gave me a sucker. All in all, it wasn't that bad.

Puppy love

My cousin Marci got a new English Bulldog from her husband Mike. We had so much fun together.

We all played with him. This picture has my Aunt Lori, Aunt Nancy, Cousins Lainey and Marci and of course Max.

Max really wanted to give me a kiss! I think he has more rolls than me!

Mommy and I played with him a long time.. I love him.

I have become fluent in phone talk.. daddy says mommy is a good teacher.

December fun!

My attempt to welcome the cold.. br.. it was cold. I didn't like it so much.

We have been keeping extremely busy in December. I got to take a jacuzzi bath.. mommy filled the tub up so high I almost got lost.

We also did a lot of holiday baking for Daddy's work and our small group. I really loved helping Daddy bake. Mommy even joined in! Daddy does most the baking.. Mommy sticks to cooking dinners.

First We had to find the meauring cups...I don't think they are in here...

Then we had to mix all the ingredients together, including some vanilla, which Daddy helped me add. Daddy got to mix all the ingredients together but I got to watch. Mommy joined in and helped us measure out the Oatmeal. "not too much Mommy!"

One more fun thing we have done this season is decorate a Ginger bread house. It was the first time for all of us. Daddy and Mommy had a lot fun putting the house together..

I, on the other hand.. Enjoyed EATING the gingerbread house.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Today was my second Thanksgiving ever! It was great. Mommy and daddy made turkey, stuffing, and gravy. The rest of the family brought all the rest. It was great seeing everyone. When they left I passed out in daddy's arms.

This is before daddy caught the turkey and cooked it. The turkey got a hold of the camera & snapped some pictures. Just kidding...this is my family!
